2026 Partner of the Year ScanSource
The 2026 Greenville County Schools Partner of the Year is ScanSource. The award was announced at the district’s Salute to Education banquet on May 14.
For more than 30 years, ScanSource has supported public education in Greenville County. The partnership began with ScanSource supporting East Greer Elementary, Dunbar Child Development Center, and Woodland Elementary through events and mentorship.
More recently adopting Thomas E. Kerns Elementary, ScanSource helps strengthen school culture and provides supports for food security, college and career readiness, educational enrichments, physical health, parent engagement, and staff appreciation. ScanSource’s impact extends districtwide from sponsoring the ACE Awards to collecting donations, hosting events, and providing resources for numerous schools. Whenever a need is identified, ScanSource responds.
“We are grateful for ScanSource’s dedication and proud to recognize their lasting impact on our schools and community,” said Superintendent Dr. Burke Royster.
With hundreds of employees volunteering thousands of hours, the company is leading by example and bringing others along. ScanSource developed Impact 360, a model corporate school initiative outlined in their Community Playbook and recognized nationally. By sharing its partnership model, ScanSource continues to engage other businesses along with the nonprofit community to invest meaningfully in public education.
