GCS Player of the Week - September 16, 2016
This weeks GCS “Players of the Week” features a young volleyball player who has helped her team get off to a fast start and a running back who totaled over 500 yards leading his team to victory:
Hailey Hirst, Wade Hampton Volleyball – Freshman libero helped lead her team to two victories last week with 47 digs and 3 kills.
Quavian White, Greer Football - Led the Yellow Jackets to a big non-region victory over Daniel High. Quavian scored all 5 touchdowns, 4 rushing and 1 kick return, for Greer in a 35-28 victory.

Taylor Reynolds, Travelers Rest Cross Country – Won Eastside meet with time of 21:41
Jakari Stevens, Wade Hampton Football – 17 carries for 138 yds and # TD’s in come from behind victory vs Eastside
Isaiah MCullough, Woodmont Football – 18.5 tackles for loss vs Mauldin, 12 tackles for loss over last two games
