The Greenville County Schools website has been updated. The new look includes drop-down menus (mega menus) for the four major headings at the top of the page – Students/Parents, Employees, Departments, and Employment. The drop-down menus provide users quicker access to information.
The items listed on the left side of the home page are the Need help button (Who to Contact Process), The Essentials (Stats, Plans, etc.), Schools, Administration, Bus Updates, Board of Trustees, Calendar, Contact Information, and GCS Foundation. The Schools Channel has been added to the homepage so viewers can click and watch real-time programming that is also broadcast on Charter and U-verse. Current news in the rotating banner and long-term initiatives in the three boxes will continue.
