Building Services

An integral part of the Operations and Maintenance Directorate of Greenville County Schools, Building Services consists of a Coordinator of Building Services, 5 Building Services Specialists who supervise 20(+) facilities, a Trainer, Plant Engineers, Head Custodians, Custodians and Groundskeepers.  Utilizing a staff of more than 650 employees Building Services maintains more than 13.5 million square feet across more than 100 facilities keeping them clean, safe, and well maintained to enhance the learning environment.
