Donation Funds Technology in Tigerville
A donation to Tigerville Elementary will fund more technology in the classroom. The Cliffs at Glassy Foundation gave the school $26,500 for each child in a fifth grade class to receive a chrome book.
The donation will also will also purchase twenty iPads for third grade and twenty iPads for 2nd grade.
Tickets and transportation were purchased for fifth grade students to attend the play Junie B. Jones at the Peace Center in Greenville.
The items were selected from a school wish list and will be ordered this week.
