Rachel StokesRachel Stokes, an English teacher a Greenville Sr. High Academy, recently served as a presenter at EdmodoCon, the largest online global educator conference reaching more than 42,000 teachers and administrators.

Mrs. Stokes was paired with James Garner, a teacher at Decatur High School in Arkansas, for a presentation entitled, “Creating a Diverse, College- and Career-Ready Tech Culture. “

Rachel Stokes, an English teacher a Greenville Sr. High Academy, recently served as a presenter at EdmodoCon, the largest online global educator conference reaching more than 42,000 teachers and administrators.“It was an honor to be chosen to present at EdmodoCon with so many other innovative, excellent teachers who are using technology to help students learn. It was definitely one of the highlights of my teaching career,” said Mrs. Stokes.

Edmodo, the largest K-12 social learning network connecting more than 35 million teachers and students worldwide, hosted its fourth annual EdmodoCon over the summer. EdmodoCon facilitates idea-sharing and collaboration among some of the world’s most innovative educators. The free, live-streamed eleven-hour event featured teachers and education influencers who showcased creative ways to use Edmodo and other digital tools.
