Today Show Highlights Plain ESs Partnership with Simpsonville City Police
Plain Elementary's partnership with the Simpsonville City Police to house a community law enforcement officer at the school to enhance security was featured this morning on the Today Show. This partnership began as a result of a conversation during a meeting of the School Improvement Council. This effort is in addition to security patrols visiting elementary and other schools multiple times each day. This is a very positive NATIONAL story for Plain ES, Simpsonville Police Department, and Greenville County Schools.
