Eastside student Sarah Adams has won one of the highest honors for a high school artist in the US. Eastside student Sarah Adams has won one of the highest honors for a high school artist in the US. Over 10,000 students applied to the Young Arts Foundation (www.youngarts.org) and 150 students in the US were chosen. In voice, there were 6 categories and only 10 students were selected. In January, Sarah will go on an all-expense paid trip to Miami for a week of rehearsals and performances with Placido Domingo and Renee Flemming. She will be in televised performances and televised master classes from January 5 - 13. Ms. Adam's performance will be on Monday, January 8. Congratulations, Sarah Adams, on your success!
