Dr. Bryan Skipper brought 20 years of experience as a school administrator when he accepted the ombudsman position in 2021, including principalships at three high schools, ranging from a small, rural, Title I school to his most recent position as leader of Hillcrest High. He takes a highly logical approach to assessing situations and circumstances and is extremely well organized. Dr. Skipper began his career as a math teacher and coach at JL Mann High School in 1997 before moving to administrative positions, first at Mann, then in Aiken County. He holds a B.S. from The Citadel, an M.A. from Furman University, and an Ed.D. from Georgia Southern University.
