Southside Speech and Debate Team Headed to Nationals
Members of the Southside High School Speech and Debate Team will compete at the national competition in Fort Lauderdale in June. Southside High representatives are Kobe Watts, Bryce Watts, Chase Garrett and Henry Lear.
In addition, several Southside High students earned state honors at the South Carolina Speech and Debate Tournament last weekend.

- Kobe Watt - 1st Place in Humorous Interpretation
- Kobe Watts and Bryce Watts – 1st Place Duo Interpretation
