Former President Clinton Tours Golden Strip Career Center
Former President Bill Clinton visited Golden Strip Career Center in Greenville today to talk to students and tour the facility. Clinton visited students in the cosmetology, welding, machine tool, police and firefighter programs to find out more about these programs and what students are learning. Students, faculty, and administrators shared with the former President how Greenville County Schools is preparing students for the future by providing programs that offer certification in specific fields and courses for college credit that give students advanced standing as they enter college or the workforce.
