Last Days of School
The last three days of the school year – Wednesday - Friday, June 3-5 – will be half-days for all students. Friday, June 5, the last day of school, is the third makeup day for days missed in February due to inclement weather. Lunch will be served each day and buses will pick up students as per the adjusted half-day schedule (2.5 hours early). School times are as follows:
Half-Day School Hours
CDCs and Elementary: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Middle: 8:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
High: 8:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.
Special Education Preschool and Elementary Dismissal Times for Bus Riders
Preschool Special Education Bus Riders – Dismiss at 10:45 a.m.
CDC 4K Bus Riders – Dismiss at 11:30 a.m.
Elementary Preschool Special Education Bus Riders – Dismiss at 12:00 p.m.
High school graduations will take place Wednesday – Friday, June 3-5 (schedule below). The last days for teachers will be Monday, June 8 and Tuesday, June 9.
Summer Hours Begin Monday, June 8
District offices and schools will be open Monday, June 8 through Friday, August 7, from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Schools and offices will be closed on Fridays. Closing schools and offices on Fridays during the summer will save the district $50,000 per day in utility costs.
