State PTA Recognizes Outstanding Teachers, Staff
The South Carolina PTA recently held its state convention in Greenville. Several District staff members were recognized for their outstanding service to Greenville County Schools.

- Andy Crowley, Riverside High - Outstanding High School Principal of the Year
- Lori Williams, Greenbrier Elementary - Outstanding Elementary School Teacher of the Year
- Blair Powers, Greenville Middle Academy - Outstanding Middle School Teacher of the Year
- Linda Kirkland, Riverside High - Outstanding High School Teacher of the Year
- Chriscethia Greggs, Sevier Middle - Outstanding Middle School Support Staff of the Year
- Michael Simmons, Webmaster –Outstanding District Level Support Staff of the Year
