Greenville County Marching Band Exhibition
North Greenville University is hosting the Greenville County Marching Band Exhibition for Greenville County Schools on Saturday, September 14 from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. All GCS marching bands will perform their 2013 competition show in an exhibition, non-competitive, format for a panel of judges. The event is designed to GCS marching bands in one venue and to provide an expert panel of judges to give critique to the groups in preparation for the coming competition season. The event will culminate with all Greenville County marching band students playing together, as one mass band, “America the Beautiful” conducted by retired GCS Band Director Steven Gillespie. Admission to the event is $5, children 10 and under may enter for free. Please pay for admission by cash or check. Credit and debit cards will not be accepted.
