Bryson Middle School Team Takes SC First Place

The Bryson Middle School Junior Beta Club Tower of Power team took first place out of 54 schools at the Jr. Beta Club State Convention held recently in Myrtle Beach. The tower stood 12 feet, 8 inches. In less than 20 minutes, each team built a tower using one roll of masking tape and a maximum of 250 straws. A tennis ball was placed on top of the tower and had to remain there for one minute.
