Fine Arts Center Middle and High School Visitation Days November 17-18
The Fine Arts Center is accepting applications for enrollment next school year. The application is available on the Fine Arts Center website. As part of the application process, students must ask an arts teacher or someone who has worked closely with them to complete the online recommendation form. Grades are also considered as part of the application process. Each applicant must attend an audition/interview at the Fine Arts Center to complete the evaluation process. The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, January 27, 2012. No paper applications will be accepted. Participation in the Fine Arts Center program has made an important difference in the lives and careers of many students.
Middle School Visitation Day on Thursday, November 17, 2011
The Fine Arts Center will hold its annual middle school visitation day on Thursday, November 17, 2011. All interested eighth grade students are invited to visit the school. Students may visit in the morning from 9:15 – 11:05 a.m. Visiting students are asked to complete the Prearranged Absence Form found on the Fine Arts Center website. The form must be signed by all teachers whose classes they will miss. The completed form then becomes their “ticket” to Visitation Day. All students in Greenville County with an interest in studying the arts are encouraged to spend the day at the Center to view the programs and meet the faculty and students.
High School Visitation Day on Friday, November 18, 2011
The Fine Arts Center will hold its annual high school visitation day on Friday, November 18, 2011. All interested students in grades 9 - 11 are invited to visit the school. Students may visit in the morning from 9:15 - 11:05 a.m. or in the afternoon from 1:30 - 3:20 p.m. Visiting students are asked to complete the Prearranged Absence Form found on the Fine Arts Center website. The form must be signed by all teachers whose classes they will miss. The completed form then becomes their “ticket” to Visitation Day. All students in Greenville County with an interest in studying the arts are encouraged to spend the day at the Center to view the programs and meet the faculty and students.
