Governor's School for Science and Mathematics Hosting  iTEAMS Camps in June at Hughes Academy

Slots Still Open for Free Technology and Entrepreneurship Day Camp

Greenville County Schools is partnering with The Governor's School for Science and Mathematics to provide two free iTEAMS camps on June 17-20 and June 24-27 at Hughes Academy. iTEAMS camp is a day-camp for rising 7th, 8th and 9th graders who have an interest in technology and entrepreneurship.

iTEAMS, "Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship Among Middle Schoolers,” is a day-camp held in districts across the state at no cost. The purpose is to inspire students to pursue careers in the fields of entrepreneurship, computer science and technology through hands-on, team-based projects. Working cooperatively and using technology to solve problems, students explore tech startups, mobile app development and cyber security. Each camp serves at least 100 middle school students.
