Students Will Not Attend School on Monday, April 29; Schools and Offices Will Close
Students will not attend school on Monday, April 29 since makeup day scheduled for that date is not needed. Schools and offices will also be closed on Monday, April 29 as part of the district’s cost-cutting efforts. Twelve-month employees will work extended hours on April 30-May 3 or take leave time. Closing schools and offices saves about $50,000 per day in utility costs.
