Prepare yourself for a career in hospitality! Culinary Arts will give you the basic fundamentals needed to be successful in a hospitality career or culinary school. Learn basic food production techniques, food safety and sanitation, and menu and workplace management skills. The prestigious ProStart curriculum is used in this class.
Students can become ProStart completers, making them eligible for multiple scholarships as well as the potential to earn multiple ServSafe certifications which are widely recognized in this field. Early College Credit through Greenville Technical College may be offered through this program.
Employment opportunities include a Chef, Caterer, Restaurant Owner and many others. (2 Year Program - Grades 10-12)
