Reevaluation Process

Reevaluation File Review

In the case of a triennial reevaluation, at least four months prior to the reevaluation due date, the Case Manager is required to complete the file review in the IEP software system and conduct the Reevaluation Planning Meeting . The file review is completed prior to the reevaluation planning meeting in the IEP software system by reviewing the student’s records and gathering data through consultation with the student’s stakeholders. These stakeholders will include, but are not limited to:

• All special education and related service providers


• All general education teachers


• Others as appropriate (e.g. Instructional Coach, Guidance Counselor, School Psychologist, Special Education Specialist, etc.)


• School administrators, as appropriate
