Description: E-sports, short for electronic sports, is a collective term that describes organized competitive video gaming, where individuals use video game consoles, PC’s, or mobile phones to play popular video game titles against other esports teams.
Like any other sport or extracurricular activity, students will meet, practice, and compete. A dedicated faculty member will oversee the esports team(s) at each school. There are 2 seasons, Fall & Spring, and each season has a pre-season, regular season, and playoff structure.
