If your student is having Chromebook Issues, please try these tips:
AUTHENTICATE first. Use the GCS Authentication icon to authenticate the Chromebook servers by typing in the student username and password.
Having Trouble Authenticating? Try Clearing your Cache.
Message sent by district to parents on 1/27/2026 during ELearning Day #2: If your child is still having an issue logging on to eLearning today, their Chromebook may need a factory reset called a “powerwash”. Please use the link below for instructions on how to perform a powerwash on your child’s Chromebook. Once you complete the powerwash, your child should be able to log on to eLearning. If they still have an issue logging on, please contact the Help Desk at 864-355-4357 and notify their teacher by email, which can be found on the school’s website. Teachers will be flexible and provide time for students to make up work. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
