Dear LFE families!
We are so excited to welcome you back for the 2022-2023 school year! My name is Brantley Shugart and I am the new PTA President. Whether this is your first year as a Lake Forest Elementary parent or you’ve been a member of our family for a while, we are so glad that you are here.
The PTA Board has been hard at work planning so many fun things and bringing back all the favorites. I hope that you will do all you can to get involved this school year. Be on the lookout for the PTA Membership form, Volunteer Interest Survey and PTA calendar that will be coming home the first week of school.
If you are interested in volunteering at the school in any capacity, please go to the Greenville County Schools website under “Volunteer Guidelines” and make sure you go through the application process to attain Level II status.
We are bringing back the Sip and Sob on the first day of school, August 15 at 7:45 am. After you walk your child(ren) into their class, please join us in the Media Center for a light refreshment and fellowship with other parents. We look forward to meeting many new families and welcoming back others!
