We want to improve communication with families about student absences. On January 20th, if your child has any UNEXCUSED absences for 1st semester, they will receive a list of dates for these absences. From January 20th to Febraury 6th, parents can submit notes to cover these absences. The grade level with the fewest UNEXCUSED absences at the end of the attendance blitz will win a popcorn party.

Greenville County Schools is now issuing photo identification cards to Golden Circle Club members and transitioning to digital newsletters. Current cards will be accepted through the 2025-26 school year. You must have a new card starting in August 2026.

Greer Middle School offers the following sports to 7th & 8th grade students: Girls' Volleyball (fall), Girls' & Boys' Basketball (winter), Girls' & Boys' Soccer (spring), Softball (spring), and Baseball (spring). If your student is interested in any sport not offered by Greer Middle, please don't hesitate to contact Greer High to inquire about eligibility.
*Must have an updated physical dated after April 1st, 2025, uploaded in Big Teams, and all other forms completed in Big Teams to participate in tryouts.
