Each fifth grade class nominates individuals for each of the four positions. The nominees’ speeches are recorded. Those speeches are aired for the fifth graders to view in class. Afterwards, the fifth graders vote on each position. In addition, each fifth grade class nominates and votes for individuals to be Class Representatives.
