The President's Message

Hello!

It’s time for another exciting school year to start and an important part of Southside High School is our PTSA. Southside High School’s PTSA supports critical academic needs, is an active voice on decisions that impact your child’s health, safety, and quality of education, and builds a stronger, more inclusive school community. We invite you to join and PTSA For Your Child because increasing our membership, even by one, makes it possible to:

 ·   Connect with the community by supporting events like Read Around the Tree which promotes the STEM initiative.

·   Advocate for important issues from a local level to a state level and a national level that supports our students like the National School Lunch Program.

There is no wrong or right way to be involved – anything you can give, whether it’s time or money, will support your child’s potential. We invite you to join us because we can do more together than apart. It only takes 5 minutes:  https://southsideptsa.memberhub.store/store .

Sincerely,

Southside High School PTSA President

The Parent Teacher Student Association

Southside's PTSA Membership is open to anyone who believes in the Mission and Purposes of the National Parent Teacher Association. Individual members may belong to any number of PTAs and pay dues in each. Every person who joins a local PTSA automatically becomes a member of both the State and National PTSAs.

Together we are a powerful voice for children.
With your help, we can continue to work toward PTA's goal of quality education and a nurturing environment for every child.
