My wife and I are Ohio natives – Go Bucks! I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in education. After graduation, we moved to Charlotte, NC, where I taught middle school and high school mathematics for 11 years and served as an administrator for three years. During our time in Charlotte, I earned two master’s degrees from Winthrop University in middle level education and educational leadership.
Twelve years ago, our family moved to Greenville, and we have cherished being part of this wonderful community. In Greenville County, I have served as the assistant principal at Lakeview Middle and Woodmont Middle. I am now in my eighth year as the principal of Sevier, where I am dedicated to fostering a positive and enriching environment for our students and staff.
My wife and I have three amazing children: Riley, a business major at the University of South Carolina; Brady, an engineering major at Clemson University; and Kaitlyn, a freshman at Hillcrest High School. They keep us busy with their sports teams and activities.
I look forward to continuing to serve, learn, and grow within the Sevier community. Go Falcons!
