If you are zoned for HMS and need to get your student(s) enrolled for the school year, you will need to login OR create a Parent Backpack Account and then complete the online enrollment for your student(s) through your Backpack account. You can find information on how to do this on the district website or click this link. Two current proofs of residency and the parent/guardians photo ID are required for any and all enrollments whether your student is transferring from another in district school or brand new to our district. Once you have completed the online enrollment through Backpack, please select and complete your grade level related arts choice form below. Completed forms can be dropped off in the front office or emailed to our registrar Ms. Freeman and the grade level counselor listed below.
