Fine Arts Center Student Visitation Day
Are you interested in exploring the programs at the Fine Arts Center and would like to experience firsthand what it is like to be a part of the FAC community? If so, please scan the QR code for a visit on October 28, 2025, from 9:15-11:00 AM. More information to follow for those students who complete the form. The deadline to complete the form is October 14, 2025.
Programs Offered at the FAC
Architecture – no prior experience required
Creative Writing – no prior experience required
Dance (Ballet and Modern) – no prior ballet or modern dance experience required
Digital Filmmaking – no prior experience required
Music – Jazz Studies, Percussion, Recording Arts, Strings Chamber Music, Voice, Winds Chamber MusicNote: Students auditioning for Jazz Studies, Percussion, Strings, and Winds must already play their instrument; we do not accept beginners in these areas.
Theatre Design & Production – no prior experience required; ideal for students who enjoy working with their hands and solving problems
Theatre Performance – no prior experience required (though prior experience is helpful)
Visual Arts – applicants should have solid foundational skills in visual arts

Senior MAKEUP Portraits
Below are the links to sign up for Senior Portraits if you did not take yours in the Summer. Please note that they are first come, first served. There is only ONE makeup day AT Hillcrest (September 26), but there are MANY more dates and times at the Images Studio. Please email wmore@greenville.k12.sc.us with any questions.
PSAT - Updated Date!
The PSAT is a practice college entrance exam and is for second year students. Third year students can retest (with a fee) to see if they qualify for National Merit Scholar. Email Chelsea Bayne with questions.
Ram Recovery Information
Are you taking an EOC Course? If so, click on the link below for more information about our NEW Ram REcovery program.
Ram Recovery at Hillcrest High School is a structured academic support initiative designed to help students recover missed assignments during their lunch period, ensuring they stay on track academically without losing valuable instructional time.
This program currently focuses on students enrolled in End-of-Course (EOC) classes, including:
English 2 (CP and Honors)
Algebra 1 (CP and Honors)
U.S. History (CP, Honors, and AP)
Biology (CP and Honors)

Senior Dues

Important: Seniors who plan to drive to school must have their Senior Dues paid before receiving a parking pass.

Parking Permit Information
Students who are planning on driving to school, and who have not applied to the waitlist must do so by July 13th at 7PM. You only need to apply to the waitlist if you did not apply prior to the May 15th deadline. Waitlist applications have already been sent out by Mr. Smith, and the link is also below.
For students who applied in May, notifications will be sent out on July 14th at 11 AM. The pickup dates are now July 21st and 31st at 9 AM - 4 PM, with a break from 12-1:30. Student spots are not pre-assigned, and spot considerations are made for late arrival students, PM release students, Golden Strip, FAC, and Innovation Center students.
Students who cannot make either pickup date need to email Chad Smith ASAP so they can be given an August date for pickup.
