The Lady Wildcats Soccer team includes Jasmyn Aviles, Elaine Brito, AuJoni Buff, Fatima Castaneda-Cortes, Sydnee Cureton, Taylor Dendy, Vetzaira Escobar, Riley Gault, Joanna Land, Ashton Mixon, Rebecca Parker, Halle Rabold, Madyson Rodriguez Dean, Laricza Salgado-Moreno, Courtney Wearden, and Lillian Williams.
The Boy's Soccer team includes Robert Davis, Irvin Guzman, Jesus Hernandez Perez, Shannon Jackson, Felipe Lopez, Cesar Magana, Nick Molina, Aiden Nguyen, Sean Smith, Seth Smith, Jose Solana, and Wilson Wheeler.

The Search is On...for the Next Miss Blue & White!
Calling all Woodmont Middle girls, the search is on for the 2019 Miss Blue & White! The pageant will be held March 16 at 6:00 p.m. An interest meeting will be held on February 13th at 4:00 p.m. in the Woodmont High School Auditorium. It's time to be a Reading All-Star!
Read your way to the Big Leagues! It's time for the Greenville Drive Reading All-Stars, an annual program that rewards students for reading!
Middle School participants must read 500 pages in the five weeks between February 11 and March 15 and turn in their completed reading log to Mrs. Shaw in the library by March 18. Students should ask their ELA teacher for the info letter/reading log sheet.
Students who qualify earn a voucher to the Celebration Game on Monday, May 6 at 7:00 p.m. at Fluor Field. Thanks to corporate partner, Michelin N.A., each student who attends the game will also receive Reading All-Star merchandise, a new book for their personal library, and an invitation to the pre-game Meet the Player event. #woodmontmiddlecool #riseupwoodmont

The Resource Force is Coming!
On February 27, Woodmont Middle School is hosting The Resource Force from The National Theatre for Children sponsored by Duke Energy. In addition to our students getting to watch this fun, fast-paced live show about energy conservation, the WMS community can request a FREE energy efficiency kit and help our school earn cash rewards. This is the My Energy Kit Challenge, and the goal is to save 10 million kilowatt-hours of energy this school year. Our school will earn $250 for every 100 kit requests, and the top three energy-saving schools will win grand prizes!
