RMS Clubs and Organizations
Beta Club
Riverside Middle School Beta Club aims to fulfill the principles embodied in The National Beta Club Mission Statement: to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among secondary school students.
Royal Runners Running Club
The RMS Running Club is for any student who wants to train to run a 5K in the spring. To get in shape for the 5k, the club meets twice a week after school for approximately two months. Runners of any ability level may join. To join Running Club, students should pay close attention to the announcements and complete all required paperwork during the window for sign ups. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Luff at jluff@greenville.k12.sc.us.
Model United Nations
The Riverside Middle School Model United Nations is an after school club open to 7th and 8th grade students that are interested in learning about other countries and the United Nations. The group meets on Mondays after being selected through an application process. Beginning in the fall student groups meet to prepare an information booth about their country and to create a proposal to present to the “United Nations” at the two day state conference in the spring.
