Assistant Principal, Tom Miller

Tom Miller, a Greenville, South Carolina native, brings 27 years of experience in public education as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. For the past 15 years, he has served as principal of Berea Elementary School.

Mr. Miller holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from East Carolina University and an Educational Specialist degree from Appalachian State University.

Outside of school, Mr. Miller enjoys traveling, reading, and attending sporting events. He and his wife, Heather, a fellow educator, are proud parents of two sons—Will, a senior at the University of South Carolina, and Ben, a freshman at Mauldin High School.

Mr. Miller is excited to begin the next chapter of his journey at Plain, bringing his experience, energy, and commitment to student success to the school community.
