Dear Augusta Circle Family,
Welcome to the new school year! I am excited to begin my fifth year at Augusta Circle Elementary serving as your Assistant Principal. I look forward to partnering with our students, families, and staff to make this an outstanding school year.
Building meaningful relationships with students, parents, faculty, and our entire school community is one of my greatest priorities. I truly believe we are one family working together to help every child grow, learn, and succeed.
I grew up in Louisiana and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Louisiana College (now known as Louisiana Christian University). I later attended Gardner-Webb University, where I earned my Master's degree in Executive Leadership. Before joining Augusta Circle, I taught for 17 years in grades 2–5. I began my administrative career here at ACE, and it has truly become home.
My husband, Jonathan, and I have four boys: Emrick (17), Becker (15), Ellis (13), and Jonah (7). We also have two dogs—a lovable Aussiedoodle named Chewie and a wild Pug mix named Rameses! With four active boys, much of our free time revolves around sports. On weekends, you can usually find us cheering for Becker or Ellis on the baseball diamond, rooting for the Atlanta Braves, or enthusiastically supporting LSU football and UNC basketball!
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions, ideas, or concerns throughout the school year. I value open communication and look forward to working together to make this a wonderful year for every Augusta Circle Eagle.
Go Eagles!
Best,
Bailey Edmonds
