One School One Book

On Monday September 9th, Brook Glenn launched its very first One School One Book with The World According to Humphrey by Betty Birney.

What is One School One Book?
One School One Book is a movement designed to get an entire school community - including parents - involved in the joy of reading. Grades 4K-2 will get a teacher copy of the book, and students in grades 3-5 will each receive their own copy (to keep). In the classroom, there are daily events and projects that reinforce reading and gets everyone at school excited about the book. Trivia questions are used to enhance literacy instruction.
