Our Mission: The PTSA at Hughes Academy is a collaborative body of parents, teachers, administration and students who share a commitment to improving the education, health, and safety of all children. The mission of the PTSA is to make every child's potential a reality by empowering and engaging families and communities to advocate for all children.
Volunteering: The PTSA at Hughes Academy provides many opportunities to volunteer and participate in school activities and events. All parents and caregivers are welcome and encouraged to become part of the PTSA. Proposed change to the By-laws
In Article XI: Meetings of the General Membership, Section 4, “20 members shall constitute a quorum….” shall be changed to “15 members shall constitute a quorum…”
PTSA will vote on this change at the Full Board meeting on September 18th at 1pm in the Media Center.
