Cafeteria and Nutrition Services

Universal breakfast program (free breakfast for all students) - Make the grade with school breakfast.

The district's Food and Nutrition Services (FANS) is a $32 million organization. Our 675 food service professionals take great pride in offering a healthy meal for almost 69,000 students disbursed in 100 school facilities and special centers. All schools serve breakfast and lunch on a daily basis.

At Greenbrier, we believe good nutrition is essential for learning in school. To support this belief, we are offering a healthy menu, with more fresh fruits and vegetables, to our students and staff. There is also an emphasis on whole grain bread, pastas, and dried beans and peas.

All meals, foods, and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

Our Cafeteria Manager is Ginger Brousseau, who is willing to assist in any way needed.
