Mr. Brandon Reeder, 6th Grade Administrative Assistant

My name is Brandon Reeder, and it is my privilege to serve as the 6th-grade administrator at Beck. As a transformative educator, I believe rigor, relationship, and relevance are key to providing a world-class, premier education to our students. I wholeheartedly support the mission and vision of Beck International Academy and Greenville County Schools, and our work will center around exceeding those expectations. 

This is my first year at Beck and with GCS. I am originally from Blythewood, SC, and previously taught middle school math in Richland School Districts One and Two. During my time in Richland One, I was named a school-level Teacher of the Year. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Middle-Level Education from Winthrop University and a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration from the University of South Carolina. I am a doctoral student at the University of South Carolina, pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Practice and Innovation. 

Outside of school and work, I enjoy going out to eat, reading, swimming, and traveling. As a proud graduate and current student at USC, I am a die-hard South Carolina Gamecock fan!! 

I am excited about the opportunity to provide a premier learning experience for our students and teachers here and support our Blue Knight families. I look forward to partnering with you this school year.
