Sex Education for 2024-2025 in Physical Education 1 classes:
First semester: August 23-September 5
Second semester: January 17-30
Parents may preview the lesson topics and general outline through the district website or they may come to the school and preview the lesson details and videos during school hours.
Sign up for our basketball camp June 17-June 19. Cost is $75/camper, boys & girls. K4-5th grade will be from 9 AM - 12 PM & Middle to 10th grade students will be from 1 PM - 4 PM. Registration ends June 10th. Contact Coach Young if you have any questions at nyoung@greenville.k12.sc.us.

All bus transportation forms for 2024-2025 are due by May 22, 2024. Requests for bus transportation submitted after this date will not be routed until after Labor Day for the 24-25 school year.

We will be at EHS in the auditorium June 17th and 18th, and we have reserved the Images Studio in Greer June 19th and 20th. Can't make any of those times? Be aware that your student debt WILL NOT APPEAR when you log in to MySchoolBucks--you will have to manually add fees you owe to the 'cart" using the correct category under the "DEBT" section (Science fee, ID, lost book, etc.). The debt notice emailed to you each Friday will help in choosing the correct category for each type of debt.
Again, check your email for a debt notice sent by the Media Center! You will need this information handy to pay correctly on My School Bucks!

Summer School Application Window is now open. It will run Monday-Thursday beginning May 28th and ending June 27th. If you are in need of a summer course, please see your guidance counselor to fill out the application.
The National Art Honor Society and Art Club would like to congratulate all the participants in the AVASE. This is the 10th year of the exhibit. The category winners can be seen in the video linked below.

Students and Parents: South Carolina law mandates that you have no more than 5 unexcused/unlawful absences from any semester-long class or over 3 unexcused/unlawful absences from any quarter-long class.
If unlawful absences are not made up, a student WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT for this course. To assist students with this issue, Eastside High School offers Seat Time Recovery (STR) options to help make up the seat time required for this class. Please see the Seat Time Recovery document linked below for dates offered this semester and further instructions for registration and payment.
