Using a project-based learning approach, students will explore materials joining and forming methods, computer-aided design (CAD), and automated systems that transform design concepts into fully developed products. Students explore the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and robotic arms to automate manufacturing tasks.  Students will be introduced to a variety of career possibilities and will be prepared for both college and industry professions.
