Mrs. All and Mrs. Kirton were recognized at the 2013 GCS Salute
to Education banquet on May 16th for receiving the R.A.M.P.
Award. Their school counseling program is a nationally
recognized model program. Also honored was Mrs. Lollis,
Woodland's 2012-2013 Teacher of the Year. |

Woodland's Student Leadership Team participates in special
events. These students welcome visitors, introduce guest
speakers, and offer a heartfelt welcome to all who visit
Woodland.

Woodland Celebrates Children's Book Week
Ms. Cutter, third grade teacher, read to kindergarteners dressed
as the character from
the book, The Giving Tree, on book character dress-up

Stars in our parking lot!
There
are 3 parking spaces that have stars painted on them. We
want our parents to know that these spaces are for faculty/staff
only- for a special reason. Our faculty is recognizing
each other throughout the year for things they do that are above
and beyond the call of duty. We kindly ask that parents
refrain from parking in these spaces so that our deserving
faculty members can reap the rewards of their hard work.
