8th Grade IGP Sign Up

REQUIRED 8th Grade Meeting- Sign up for your spot NOW!

All 8th grade students and their parent/guardian are required to attend an Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) Conference with a school counselor this fall. Hillcrest Middle School Counselors facilitate these meetings September through November.

The IGP conference lasts 30 minutes and we will be discussing: high school graduation requirements, specialized opportunities available to Greenville County School students, high school transition information and navigating the SchooLinks App. When you sign up, you will be notified which counselor you will come in and meet with on the day/time you signed up for.

Students must be scheduled for an IGP Conference before they can receive their schedule for the school year.

If you plan to attend Round Up Day on July 30 and/or Meet the Teacher on August 6, this will save you a stop during those events!

Rising 7th Graders: TDAP Information

ALL RISING 7TH GRADERS MUST HAVE A TDAP IMMUNIZATION ON FILE to receive a schedule and attend the first day of the 2026-2027 school year.

If the immunization record is not turned in before the 3rd day of school, the student will be dropped from HMS and must re-enroll once the record is on file. If the student is on special permission, the spot will be forfeited.

Student and Chaperone Registration
1. Visit our website at: https://www.etadventures.com/
    Click the green text in the top section of the screen that says: "Customer Login"
2. On the next screen you should choose the option to "Access Account" and then you will be prompted to create an account using your email address or your personal Google account.
3. If you have previously created an account with ETA, you may sign into your existing account to make a reservation and you will not need to create a new account.
4. Once you are into your account, select Add a New Trip, and then enter hillcrest26.
5. You should see your trip details at that point, and then select Make a New Reservation and complete ALL fields.
