Illustrator Michael White Visits Gateway
mikewhitepicstitchStudents in grades K5 through Fifth had a great time learning about illustrating children's books on Wednesday, March 11, when illustrator Michael P. White visited Gateway. The students were able to draw along with Mr. White while he shared stories about his career as an artist and illustrator. Mr. White even autographed copies of his books and left behind several original artworks for Gateway to keep. What a great day! Special thanks to Mrs. Jackson for inviting this amazing guest speaker!
