**Note: Shadowing experience must be approved by the employer BEFORE application is submitted to Mrs. Burrow**
Please Note:
· Students may go alone to the business site or be accompanied by a parent/guardian (if the business allows). A parent/guardian’s workplace is acceptable as long as the student has some interest in the business. In some cases, small groups of students (2-3 students) will be allowed at 1 workplace. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
· Students who job shadow will not attend school February 17th regardless of the length of the job shadowing experience. The absence will not count against their attendance record as long as the student turns in the Business Evaluation Form to their ELA teachers no later than Friday, February 24, 2012 with the rest of their job shadowing paperwork.
