Good Men Teaching Better Men - G.M.T.B.M. fosters unity in diversity, personal growth, leadership, teamwork, and opportunities to make a difference in the community. It is our goal that all members live up to their potentials and discover hidden abilities within themselves. The road to manhood is one that is paved with service, dedication, and innovation.

Running Club - Running club has been offered to TMS students in grades 6-8 since 2002.  It is an opportunity to introduce students to a healthy lifestyle option that they can participate now and as adults.  The students have different athletic abilities and goals.  We have no speed or endurance requirements to join.   The goal is to make it fun, low key, but also offer the chance to participate in competitive events.  Some of our earliest runners are now adults participating in area and regional events.   We run during club periods and after school.

TMS Dance Team - The TMS Dance Team offers students the opportunity to attend weekly practice and learn a choreographed routine.  The team performs at basketball game half times as well as assemblies throughout the school year.  Through the performances, the dancers are able to build confidence and stage presence, while supporting the Tanglewood Middle community.
