Transcript Requests (Graduates)

Current Riverside students should see their Counselor for requests concerning college applications and scholarships.
To obtain a copy an official high school transcript beginning with the Class of 2011 and prior, please use the Student Transcript/Records Request Form below. This form may be delievered in person or mailed to the District Information Assurance Office (address is provided on the form).
For those graduting in the Class of 2012 and after, please complete the Student Transcript/Records Request Form and deliver in person or mail to:

A $5.00 transcript fee is assessed for each transcript processed. Transcripts will not be processed until payment is received. Record request will be processed within five (5) business days from the receipt date of the completed request form.
Riverside graduates over the age of 18 must make the request themselves; parent requests will not be processed. Fax requests will not be processed.
The signed Student Transcript / Records Request form must be completed in full for the request to be processed in a timely manner. On the average, transcript requests require approximately 3 to 5 business days to process, once received. Payment can be made using a check or money order made payable to the Riverside High School, or cash. Please do not send cash through the mail!
