Transportation Request Forms Due Monday, July 31
Transportation Request Forms are due to your assigned school office by Monday, July 31 to ensure bus transportation for your child on the first day of school. The Transportation Request Form should only be completed for NEW bus riders or if your child is an existing bus rider and your address has changed since last school year.
