GCSD Job Fair

Are you looking for a great job?  Greenville County School District will be hosting a job fair on Thursday, February 21 from 5-7 PM at the Enoree Career Center.  We will be hiring bus drivers, bus aides, custodians and food service operators.  Full time positions with benefits are available.  For more information, call 355-3100.

Middle School Orientations/Tours for Rising Sixth Grade Students

Greenville Middle Academy will be having Curriculum Night on the evening of Tuesday, January 22nd at 6:30 pm for zoned and magnet students. Rising 6th Grade students attending GMA will attend a tour with their school in February.

Beck International Academy will host a rising sixth grade orientation on January 25th for zoned and magnet students. The program and tour will take place from 9:30-10:30 AM. Students and parents are encouraged to arrive at 9:15.

Riverside Middle School will be hosting tours for rising 6th grade students on February 21 at 10am.  Students that are zoned to attend RMS are welcome to attend with their parent or guardian.

All rising 6th grade zoned and magnet students and their parents are invited to League Academy's "Spotlight on 2019"  on Tuesday, January 29 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.  This special event will include Information about course offerings and registration procedures for the 2019-2020 school year as well as opportunities for our guests to visit classrooms and  interact with teachers and students. We hope you will be able to come! No RSVP required.  Please direct registration and curriculum questions to:

Northwood Middle School Curriculum Night: Monday, February 11th at 6pm
For rising 6th grade parents and students zoned for Northwood to learn about academic courses, related arts options and preparing for the transition to middle school.  5th grade students zoned for Northwood will have the opportunity to attend a tour with MRES to learn about 6th grade!

Kids Go Free Peace Center Events

Bring your child to the Peace Center to experience a range of cultural programming ... FOR FREE!

Kids Go Free is a brand new program to encourage families to take cultural outings. For select shows, a child ages 16 or under can attend for free when accompanied by an adult paying full price.

Volunteering at MRES

Greenville County Schools (GCS), in an effort to ensure the safety of all of our students, has implemented additional security checks for school volunteers.  All volunteers must submit an online application to the district and receive clearance from the district before volunteering at any school/center or chaperoning any school field trip.
