Friday night is our home opener at Coach Jim Howard Stadium as our Tigers look to go 2–0 on the season! Let’s pack the stands and bring the energy.

We will also have our first Pep Rally Friday during school—grade levels should wear their class color to show your spirit!

At the game, the student section theme is Neon Out—be loud, be bright, and be proud!

D-Team Football will be at Landrum
Girls Tennis will travel to Chapman
 
Don’t forget—Varsity Volleyball is home Thursday night vs. Pendleton. Let’s support our Lady Tigers!

Girls Soccer will have an interest meeting in the library right after school tomorrow.

Ladies, Coach Ab will hold a Girls Flag Football interest meeting at 8:00 AM next Wednesday in the auditorium. If you’re interested, plan to attend!

Greenville County College Fair

🎓 Juniors and Seniors have the opportunity to attend the annual Greenville County College Fair at the Greenville Convention Center.
📍 Our school will attend on: Monday, September 29th, 2025 from 10:30-11:30 AM.
📝 Permission forms due by: Monday, September 15th, 2025

Field Trip forms are available in the counseling office. Return the SIGNED permission form in the counseling office by September 15th.

Junior IGP Meetings

Junior Parents and Students! Please join us for a very informative meeting with your student and School Counselor as we conduct Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) conferences with all 11th graders from October 6th - November 25th. In this conference, we will review your child’s graduation progress, transcript, post-graduation plans, and discuss registration information for their senior year.

Early College Class Enrollment

Attention 9th, 10th and 11th graders!

Sign up for Early College classes next year to earn college credits through Greenville Technical College. Experience college and challenge yourself! Some classes will be taught by Blue Ridge HS and Greenville Tech instructors at Blue Ridge High School.

To enroll in ENG 101, students must complete English 2 or 2H and meet academic or testing requirements. For MAT 110 (College Algebra), students need to qualify for ENG 101 and complete Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry.

Students interested in Early College classes should sign up for the ACCUPLACER test at BRHS on Thursday, October 23rd. Those who have already passed the ACCUPLACER do not need to retest. For questions, please see your counselor.
