Grandparents Day at Brushy Creek! (30 images)
After reading the story "When I Am Old With You", first grade students were excited to celebrate grandparents. Students invited their grandparents to lunch in the cafeteria, where they enjoyed eating on the stage together. During the week, students brought in pictures of their grandparents and wrote special memories about them. After lunch, grandparents had the opportunity to visit classrooms and students shared their writings. First grade students and teachers were so happy to share this special time with grandparents!
