Mr. Terry Mills started his professional career in 1977 in engineering and construction management for private sector companies. In March 2001 he was appointed Director of Facilities Planning, where he assisted in the oversight and management of the BEST program until its completion in 2010. The next year, Mr. Mills was named Executive Director of Construction to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Facilities and Energy Management departments. Additional responsibilities include aiding in the development of the Long Range Facility Plan/Capital Improvement Plan and procurement or disposition of District properties. Mr. Mills holds a bachelor's degree from Clemson University.
